We found this vending machine outside a gas station on our drive back to NYC. Greg had to pose for a picture next to it. Yes, it does really dispense live worms for fishing bait.

U.S.--Going to Lititz, PA

We spent the week with my parents in Lititz, PA. Greg took a few photos from the car of the scenic rural landscape and a few more of our evening at the local 4th of July celebrations. Yes, that’s me standing inline for lemonade, a blurry photo Greg took of my parents and a photo of Brooke and me.

U.S.--Our Weekend in Harlem

Greg and I were in the U.S. for ten days. We spent our first weekend with our wonderful friends in Harlem, Marne and Todd. They fed us great food and treated us like royalty, but really, we were there just to hangout with their gorgeously adorable pets, Bijou (the cat) and Marcel (the dog).

On our last day in Amsterdam, the rain finally stopped. We rented bikes and rode out into the country side for 4 hours.

We took a long weekend off from work and went to Amsterdam for 4 days. It was cold and rainy the entire weekend, but we still had a great time, going to museums, cafes, the movies...

We spent Easter Sunday and Monday in Brittany with Greg's grandparents. Greg took some photos of the beach while we were there.

We went to Mont-Saint-Michel on the Sunday before Easter. (I know its pretty cool that not only did someone name a small island Mountain after me but they think I'm a saint too.)

Le Mont-Saint-Michel, rocky, cone-shaped islet in northwestern France, in the Gulf of Saint-Malo, connected by a causeway with the mainland. The islet, celebrated for its Benedictine abbey, has small houses and shops on its lowest level. Above these stand the monastic buildings, many of which date from the 13th century and are considered outstanding examples of Gothic architecture. The entire islet is crowned by the abbey church, about 73 m (about 240 ft) above sea level.

Of course, it rained (actually poured) the entire time we were there. Its really much lovelier and more picturesque than it appears in our pictures.

Paris has streetside flea markets that move the city. I think they're just on the weekends, but I am really not sure. We went to one 2 streets over from where we live last weekend and bought a dresser. This picture is for Brooke who wanted to see what our new dresser looks like. Sorry, I didn't think to bring the camera to show you what the flea market looked like.

Finally! The last few photos from Thailand.
